Women's Ministry

Ladies Bible Study

Women of all ages study the Word of God and pray together on each Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. 

CHOIR

If you love to worship God through singing, the Sumas CRC Ladies Chorus is for you. The various choirs of Sumas CRC (which include the Ladies Chorus, Men’s Chorus and the full choir) sing in Sunday morning worship every few months.

The young people of our church meet regularly for learning, fellowship and service opportunities, both in our own community, and even to people in need throughout the world.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Students grades K through 12 are invited to come and learn about God’s Word and what it means for their life each week at 9:00 AM. Young children will learn classic Bible stories and older students (4th grade and up) learn about God, people and the world by studying the Heidelberg Catechism.  An adult Bible Study meets during the same hour, digging deep in to God’s Word and the doctrines of the Christian faith.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL (VBS)

The churches of Sumas combine each summer for one great big VBS event! Typically the last week of June for fun, games, music, and lessons about our great God.

Please contact us for details on the date of our next VBS.

We encourage pre-registration online as it helps with the planning process and projecting staff needs, but there will still be in person registration opportunities available.

NEW MEMBER’S CLASS

Individuals and families interested in Church membership are welcome to participate in a discussion about the basics of our Christian faith and what it means to be “Christian Reformed.” If you’re interested in such a class talk with the pastor or elder.

Good News Club

We are blessed to lead the Good News Club Bible study at Sumas Elementary on Wednesdays after school.  We use the faithful curriculum developed by Child Evangelism Fellowship to disciple public school student in the knowledge of Christ and His saving gospel.  Contact us for details!
